Liked: Thank you very much, in more expensive hotels I did not get what I got here! Everything is super, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, towels are changed every morning, water and drinks in the bar are free, which are replenished every day, everything is great, I would like to wipe a little dust under the bed

A very comfortable stay in...

Liked: We had a lovely big room which was sufficient for us all. There was plenty of space. The bathroom was lovely and big too. I liked the double sink feature.
Disliked: There was nothing!

Good value for money

Liked: Directly across the road from the central train station. Maybe not the best area, but very convenient when travelling with a lot of luggage. Free mini bar, friendly staff, good breakfast, and very good WiFi.
Disliked: No air conditioning, but there’s at least a fan in the room. The only thing that was missing for me was a chair in the room. There’s a stool at the table, but without a back rest. Having said that, plenty of comfortable seating on the ground floor/reception area.

Liked: Great location very convenient. Comfy bed and clean towels.
Disliked: A bit hot at night time though big fan was provided it was very noisy it wakes me up from time to time.

I got spoiled by Monopol!!

Liked: Kept well despite the old world feel. Convenient to eat out, walk and use transportation. Friendly hotel staff!! Welcoming and professional! Large room and bathroom. Great breakfast; with not one but three kinds of eggs!). The afternoon complimentary tea and coffee and cakes was a wonderful touch. Love the lobby!! So relaxing and not over the top. I will definitely stay there again when I go to Frankfurt again!
