A perfect trip to Florence

Liked: Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our room was large and charming. Breakfast was delicious. Great location - walking distance to all the great shopping and food. We had the most amazing time
Disliked: Bed was a bit hard - but beds were hard everywhere in Europe. No complaints otherwise

Liked: Excellent Breakfast, Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. Perfect location.
Disliked: There was building work going on during our stay, which we didn't know about. The rooms were small.
