Liked: The hotel has a good location, and the staff was friendly and welcoming
Disliked: The hotel is old and worn-out. The mattress was terrible — uncomfortable and clearly overused. Everything felt dirty or stained, far from the “boutique hotel” experience they advertise. Nothing about it felt special or cared for. Definitely not worth the price.

Great location, delicious breakfast but...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. The location was excellent but the executive double room was very small. The night staff on 16/05 wasn’t knowledgeable at all. I phoned to order room service at 20:50 and he said the service closed at 21:00, but then I scanned the QR code I found out it was closing at 23:00. When he brought the food to the room it wasn’t covered.
Disliked: It would have been better to have a slight bigger room. And to train the staff coming to work so that they know what to tell the guests.
