Changed room twice

Liked: The location was great, and the sauna facilities were good. The concierge was helpful with preparing the sauna.
Disliked: We had to switch room twice as initially we were given a room that had a very severe let's call it 'toilet issue' from the previous guests, the second room had the the ceiling lights looking like it was just about to fall down.No apologies from the staff for giving out a room that should never have been in circulation - I was and am still horrified by the state of the room... Definitely not going back there!

Liked: The location was excellent—just a short walk from the main tourist attractions and public transport. The hotel was modern and comfortable, with a clean and stylish atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious!
