Good but felt robbed by...

Liked: The rooms were good just like normal and clean
Disliked: The booking said breakfast was included but we had to pay at the premises again. The evening receptionist was horrible. Got home at 6 pm and he had lock the front door we had to wait for couple of minutes after pressing the bell several times before he opened. Also he over charged me for a breakfast for 2 people which was supposed to be 15 euro he took 20 euros. I paid 15 euros prior and he said it was 20 euros which I asked the morning receptionist and she confirmed that it wasn’t 20 euros but 15 euros. He was being called to clarify the situation but didn’t pick up his phone.
