My favourite place to stay...
Liked: The view from the corner room was gorgeous, I liked all the small details from the origin of the building. The atmosphere and architecture is incredible.
Disliked: Some furniture seemed neglected and needed renovation. I was lacking a book to read, there were only fashion magazines downstairs..

Lovely short stay in original...
Liked: Historic building with wonderful original features. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Balcony and terrace with table and chairs were delightful !!Very highly recommended.
Disliked: Didn’t affect us as weather not hot, but I don’t think there was aircon. Huge windows mitigate this.

One of the most beautiful...
Liked: Truly beautiful hotel with friendly, engaged staff. Soft sparkly clean beds that make you feel like royalty. Within walking distance of the city centre and train station. If you're into Art Nouveau or like monumental buildings you're sure to have an amazing experience, we will definitely be returning if we stay in Arnhem again.
Disliked: No notes

Hotel Molendahl in lovely, laid...
Liked: A beautiful old building, very near to the town centre but quiet at night. 5 minutes walk to transport hub, train station and the great selection of bars, cafes and restaurants. Lovely large room with french doors to the balcony which we could leave open overnight in the ‘heatwave’. We knew there would be no lift and chose a second floor room - we managed the stairs (Just - we are in our 70s after all!) but some might find them challenging. The staff were very relaxed and helpful. We found the people of Arnhem friendly and laid back and we really enjoyed the ambience.

Charming hotel in a great...
Liked: The building is beautiful and so nicely decorated! The location is also perfect, very close to the central station and a close proximity to GelreDome (by bus or Uber). The staff was also lovely and very welcoming!
Disliked: A small detail but I'd suggest getting better curtains for the room as they do not block out the light very well so the room is quite bright early in the morning already. The price was also quite expensive but I suppose all hotels increase the price when there is a big event happening in Gelredome.

Charming old house within brief...
Liked: Gorgeous old house conveniently located near the train station, very kind staff, lovely main area to sit in, lots of tasty treats served with tea. Walking up the stairs is a joy with all the lovely old pieces of furniture, the lead light windows, the many colours of paint. Fridge and kettle in the room.
Disliked: We would have loved to have breakfast but in weekends it doesn't start till 8:30 which conflicted with our train time. The room, although very pleasant, was quite small to move around in.
