Liked: Host Yao was excellent, breakfast service very good
Disliked: room got hot and A/C was not working. Opened window to get fresh air but got cigarette smoke from somewhere

Liked: Owners have good taste, ambiance is lovely - for what I needed, I really enjoyed my stay. The room for a 3 star hotel was well equipped and comfy.
Disliked: Breakfast room a bit limited space and selection.
