Liked: The location next to Gare de l'Est was convenient, and the receptionist Fareed was friendly and supportive
Disliked: The weather in Paris was very hot, and the room had no air conditioning. Additionally, it was quite narrow and offered no view from the window

Convenient, safe & nice place...

Liked: This place was safe and conveniently located, just a short walk from restaurants, cafés, and the metro. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even stored my luggage before check-in, which was a big help. One of the highlights was the beautiful view—perfect for watching the sunrise. I’d definitely recommend this spot for a comfortable and well-connected stay!

Liked: Very clean, very close to the train and Metro station. The night receptionist steered me to an excellent Pakistani restaurant, Salil, where the food was delicious. The hotel was super clean and the bed really comfortable.
Disliked: The only criticism was that the light over the sink in the bathroom did not work.

Liked: The location was great, right in front of the train station and the metro which was super convenient. Staff was very nice, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again. :)
Disliked: They only had a small fan in the room, definitely need A/C, our room was too hot.

Liked: Good location, newly renovated, good location, good facilites and very friendly staff! We loved the big windows that opened up onto the street. Good sized room.
Disliked: Was very noisy as there is a bus terminal in front, this didn't bother me as I was so tired I slept through but my Dad did not sleep as well. I could imagine most accom in Paris is noisy though. Could do with somewhere to put things in the shower.

Convenient location near the train...

Liked: I knew the area near the train station wasn’t the best, but since checkout was at 11 and my train from the northern station was at 18:00, this hotel was a convenient choice — I could leave my luggage at reception until departure.The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We stayed on a hot summer day, and although there was no air conditioning in the room, there were two fans, which helped a bit.The room also had a fridge, kettle, cups, and tea, which was a nice touch. Sound insulation was good — our windows faced the station and a busy road, but it was surprisingly quiet.
