Lovely setting, friendly staff, clean...

Liked: Very nice setting, our room with a view over the lake, was large, very clean and very comfortable. Lots of on-site parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. We walked into Utrecht, it is a 30 minute walk to the centre but flat and a pleasant walk
Disliked: A minor issue - the door to the en-suite is an opaque glass swing door, so lacking some privacy.

Liked: Amazing location and room condition.
Disliked: Nothing much.

Top place to stay in...

Liked: Beautiful hotel peaceful lake location but handy for town centre. Staff very friendly, breakfast was top notch. Messi stayed there when he was younger!

Great location, Help yourself

Liked: Some of the staff were very professional and friendly, even offering to help with luggage surprisingly, a service they don’t typically provide for 4 star Hotel!!
Disliked: The location is good, but some staff members need more training to be more professional. Also, the rooms are not very soundproof, you can be woken up by other guests closing their doors loudly.they don't have luggage service unless you catch the late night shift very friendly. sometime they will hangup the phone while you are talking.

Liked: Room was clean and spacious, nice breakfast. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Comfortable stay, but all facilities not available due to renovation work which we were informed of after our booking.We were also informed that car parking would have been free (13.5 euros) had we booked direct.

Liked: view from the room over the lake was lovely, lots of options on the buffet breakfast, bed was comfy and the staff were super friendly and helpful
Disliked: room décor a bit dated and very white, swimming pool currently being refurbished

Disliked: Smell of the bedding and towels. Thu were definitely well-washed but I think the water had that smell.
