Liked: The staff were kind and helpful.There were enough beds for our family and the room was well ventilated.The pool was nice and it was handy to have parking.It was great to be so close to the zocalo.
Disliked: The beds were not comfortable, the many wondows were great for a breeze but many had rips in the screens and it was very noisey.
