R star service but not...

Liked: Staff really helpful polite friendly and professional
Disliked: Workmen in next space drilling grinding from 8.00am, spa not open .. no advise prior to going.. disabled persons Room with no view.

Whilst a beautiful location and...

Liked: The pool area and bar was amazing. The view is stunning. The room service food was really yummy and efficiently delivered.
Disliked: When booking the listing mentioned a spa that included a sauna, jacuzzi and hammam/steam room which we were very interested. I did not that the listing said it would be closed from November and assumed that was November 2025 coming up (pre warning to people coming). When we arrived we were informed this had been closed since the previous November and not available which was very disappointing as it was part of the reason we chose the hotel. When mentioning it the staff member was incredibly rude and said we should have read it (which as explained I did) and even when I explained they need to update the listing so say Sauna and steam room now closed (even if temporarily) he didn't want to listen and was not interested in the feedback.The pool area was beautiful except we were kicked out with only 15 minutes notice one day for a "private event". We had spent all day out and were excited to come back to the pool for the afternoon sun (as were others). The hotel would have known that the event was happening and feel like we could have had notice at check in or even th morning of to warn us of this and to make other plans.The room was very loud - especially when events are on.The staff were incredibly rude at times and very uninterested in helping.At check out we asked to see the breakdown of the bill to check if we had been charged for a few things that were mixed up during our stay. We were told it had already been charged and not to worry. We insisted on seeing it as we had a feeling things weren't 100% - and we were correct. We had been charged for a whole extra dinner that belonged to another room. If we hadn't of wanted to check then we would have charged over 80 euro extra.

Disliked: WORST EXPERIENCE AT A HOTEL But the service is the WORST we’ve experienced. When we arrived, the staff did not even help us bring our luggages in our room. We had to do it ourselves, while they were just looking at us. Just to mention, we’ve never had to do that before, in any previous hotels. When we got to our room and wanted to order room service, the phone did not even work ! When we mentioned that at the reception the same night, absolutely NOTHING was made to fix it. We had to go downstairs to order room service, and when they brought it to us, they just left it in front of the door. Again, WE had to bring the table inside the room. For a "5* Hotel", that is unacceptable. Then the next morning, they were knocking really loudly at our door at 8:30 in thesy morning, saying that we ordered water.. how could we order water when our phone did not work ? When it was time to checkout, we found out that the water that we “ordered” + food that we NEVER ORDERED got into our bill ? When we ate at the restaurant, which happened ONCE, we paid directly. We explained that maybe someone else put our room number to order their food, and they did not want to hear anything. What else can I say except that is just inadmissible.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL ! Keep your money and go somewhere else !
