Liked: Located near train station. Elevator accessible. Felt safe in the area and its surroundings.
Disliked: Small elevator.

Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location — everything we needed was just a short walk away. The receptionist at check-out was especially friendly and made the departure experience very pleasant.
Disliked: Several items in the room were broken, which was quite disappointing — and unfortunately, no compensation or solution was offered. At check-in, they asked for my ID to find the booking, which seemed unusual, and made a copy of it without informing us or asking for permission. This practice is not only questionable but also illegal in Germany. The evening staff had limited English skills, making communication difficult. Additionally, there was a lot of noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms early in the morning, which disturbed our sleep.

Disliked: Mold in the shower cabin and near ventilation, poor service, stained walls and dirty corners with spider webs, one of the receptionists was extraordinarily rude.
