Nice hotel in the city...

Liked: The hotel is in the center of Madrid, there are many cafes around, grocery store, metro station. Check in was quick. The hotel has a room with couches and tables if you want to eat your own food. There is a kettle, coffee and snack machine.
Disliked: The hotel is being renovated, so there were walls with holes in the hallway.

Liked: I loved the staff. The reception I got was very warm. When I came down after unpacking the receptionist had changed and a very friendly guy was working. He was there for the remainder of my stay and very friendly. The room was immaculate, cool and comfortable with a great shower

Liked: The location was ideal and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern.
