Good price for location.

Liked: The location is amazing compared with the price.
Disliked: The rooms are not soundproof I had a room with a balcony to the street and I could hear all the noise all night long, literally there was not a moment during the whole night that the street remained silent.

Liked: I like how convenient the location is, near to almost every tourist locations. However it is quiet noisy at night because of busy street. I am happy we went in April, how much noise will it be on summer days.

Plaza Mayor Madrid stay

Liked: Location is the reason you want this hotel. Other than that no facility like breakfast or AC in the room. Be aware it is noisy at night, all night but we booked it knowing thisDiary at Front desk is a real asset to this hotel. She is friendly and very helpful

Liked: Unhelpful staff and very expensive for a small room and small bed. The bed linen didn’t even fit the bed. The shower had only a trickle of water.

Superb

Liked: It was noisy all night long. But we were warned about this when we checked in. It just meant we couldn't have balcony door open during the night. But when balcony door was shut, it kept almost all street noise out. Hotel was centrally located next to main plaza. It was an easy short walk to lots of senic sights and activities. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating to our wishes! Would stay there again!
