Disliked: There were a couple damaged items in the room. None of which impacted the comfort of our stay!

Liked: Right in downtown, offers 10-20% off at local restaurants, cozy room

Interesting experience, mostly good!

Liked: Simplified check-in but definitely not in person. Clean, modern, ample size.Kitchenette. Closet. Small balcony. Reserved parking. Near most town amenities.
Disliked: Usage of wording "hotel" is misleading. This is a room in a small apartment building; there is no common area, no personnel onsite. In summer when windows need to be open for cooling, outside noise can be disruptive.

A unique, affordable, and immaculately...

Liked: What a unique and comfortable little spot! It was easy to gain access. I was meeting my husband there for the night to attend a concert, and he surprised me with our dog. I contacted the property, and they were so gracious and accommodating. The room was immaculate. The Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There was a farmers' market on Saturday morning. The morning after our night there. And it made the parking situation a little ridiculous. I don't think it was at all the establishment's fault; it was a bit inconvenient, though. I did have a good time at the market, however. The only other feedback I have is that while the room was spotless, with the exception of the bed, the furniture in the room was well-worn and old.

Great value in downtown minturn

Liked: Great location and wonderful staff. Facilities are great and the beds are comfortable. Great value too!

Disliked: Noisy outside area until the wee hours setting up a food truck area?? Window's had to be open to cool off the room
