Very good

Liked: Spacious, quiet room overlooking a courtyard. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Close proximity to the Metro, taxi stand and easy walk to the canal area of bars and restaurants.

Some good and some bad

Liked: Breakfast was good enough. Good cappuccino, some bread, yoghurt and croissants. Nothing fancy but everything to get started. Good location, friendly staff, working air conditioning.
Disliked: The rooms are ok but quite old already. The biggest disappointment was the shower. First I didn't get any warm water, had to take the shower with cold water. Later I noticed that when you wait long enough you get warm water but only with super low water pressure. So you have two option: wash yourself with very little amount of warm water, or shower with normal water pressure but cold water. Either is not nice. I don't know if this is problem only in the upstairs (I was in the 3rd floor) or everywhere. Also the bathroom is quite old with some stubborn stain.

An excellent choice for solo...

Liked: I had a wonderful stay! The property is in a great location and I felt very safe, even at night. Public transport options like the Metro and trams were easily accessible, making it super convenient to get around. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. I’d highly recommend this place, especially for solo travellers!
Disliked: I stayed in Room 40 this time, and while everything else was great, the toilet space felt a bit cramped. However, during a previous stay in Room 14, I had a much better experience—the room was spacious and very comfortable.

Highly recomend for solo travelers..

Liked: It's really easy to catch the public transport. Food also really yummy. Staff also very friendly. During my stay, room AC has been broken and staff rectified it very soo. Very good staff.❤️

Old hotel with a good...

Liked: Great location. Close to the metro and the Naviglia area with many great restaurants and bars. Great ac. Fine for a short one night stay in Milan
Disliked: Hotel is a little old and tired looking. Breakfast was just ok. The bed could have been more comfortable
