A great location and friendly...

Liked: The hotel has a great location right in the heart of Navigli — a lively and charming area with lots of restaurants, bars, and canals just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and our overall stay pleasant. Breakfast was decent, with a reasonable selection to start the day.However, the room itself was quite small and didn’t feel very comfortable. There was a strong smell of cleaning detergent that wasn’t very pleasant, and unfortunately, the bathroom wasn’t as clean as expected — I noticed some dust on top of the mirror and other small details that had been missed. With some improvements in cleanliness and room comfort, this place could be a much better experience, especially considering the fantastic location.
