Liked: The customer service was exceptional and the aesthetics superb. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

Good for short stay

Liked: Good location with a great breakfast offer. Staff is very friendly, helpful and responsive. Late check-in possible with keys in a box outside the hotel for pickup. Good for a short stay.
Disliked: It was good but my room had a separated bathroom that I could only reach going through a hallway besides other rooms. A little expensive for one night offer.

Liked: The entire hotel was very clean. my single room was spacious. staff were all very friendly. breakfast was great.
Disliked: Poor soundproofing. I could hear a baby crying and kids screaming downstairs- all in their rooms behind closed doors. would be nice if they replenished breakfast items- i came down after 9am each day and some items were never refilled or left just one.

Very good place to stay...

Liked: The hotel staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an old converted villa near the railway station and not far from downtown.
Disliked: The room was quite small but perfectly adequate.

Ok for a mini break,...

Liked: Excellent location, only a ten minute walk to the railway station.Great to see the sights of Frieburg. Balcony a bonus!Lovely welcoming staff.Lovely fresh breakfast, good selection.
Disliked: No drink facilities in the bedroom, although free refreshments were available via reception area.TV didn't work. Mentioned to the staff, but on leaving, so it wasn't perhaps there fault.Mattress was rather soft, not good if you have a bad back!
