Liked: The triple room we booked was very comfortable, particularly the air conditioning. Plenty of room, lovely bathroom and pleasant breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing of note that we did not like.

Liked: Good size bedroom and very comfortable bed. We had a little bike storage problem due to the fact that we had to leave early. The helpful receptionist came up with a solution. Good location for restaurants and close to railway station
Disliked: Dated decor in the hotel corridors with a very steep staircase, although there was a lift. The drain in the shower was partially blocked and having a shower meant flooding the bathroom floor.

Liked: The girl at the reception and the owner are super, super kind. They are smiling, talking nice and welcoming. They have let me place my luggage and backpack there until check-in time. The girl at the reception gave me cable to charge my laptop as I had some work in it. I liked the fact that the entry to my room was from another door outside, which somehow gave more privacy and made me feel I'm home.At the entrance, a very good smell in the hall. The room is clean and good and has a nice view on the garden, the bed is comfortable, there is a TV that is working well. The bathroom and toilet are very clean and spacy. There is an air conditioner which is a good thing.The room is silent, I took a calm nap after my check-in, and I slept at night with zero noise, not even from the other rooms.The breakfast was good and has a variety of choices.At the checkout, they accepted to place my luggage till I came back for them because I have my train later.In conclusion, the owner of the hotel cares a lot about her clients, which is very clear.
Disliked: The door at the entrance of the hotel is a bit hard to open.

Liked: Room was big, clean and well-equipped.Have both AC and 2 ceiling fans.Our rooms coffee machine was not working and they replaced it with brand new one quickly.Breakfast was good for a 3 star hotelIt worth the money we paid for a 4 bed 3 star hotel
Disliked: The "famous" narrow stairs - as almost all reviews mentioned - was a bit annoying.Parking was 600m away and you shall return to hotel to give back keys.Seeing some weird looking guys smoking ... was a bit strange at the 1st day (may be it is normal for downtown Rotteedam)
