Liked: By defaul early checkin and later check out - comparing to other. Polite and helpful staff. Very good location.

Lovely small hotel

Liked: Although the hotel looks a bit old-worldy, the room was very comfortable and modern. Breakfast was very good, a small but decent selection. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Only issue is there isn't a lift if you have lots of luggage, but that is often the case in old European cities.

Hristin's family

Liked: Cozy atmosphere in this authentic building.Very close to the main city square (2 minutes walk).The staff at the reception was polite and helpful. Good breakfast at the small but cute restaurant on the first floor. Close to bus/tram stops.Comfortable beds and pillows. We recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Would be a great to have a fridge in the room...
