Disliked: Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms are extremely small—even the suite did not match the photos shown online. The staff were unhelpful, unwelcoming, and completely lacked the attitude of hospitality. They were not willing to solve any issues and did nothing to ease guest frustration.Housekeeping is supposedly “upon request,” but despite placing the housekeeping tag on my door, no one cleaned the room. When I asked, they simply said I should’ve requested it again, which makes no sense. On top of that, there’s no luggage assistance—something that should be basic at this level of hotel.I would absolutely not recommend this hotel. It does not reflect the quality or service standards it claims to offer

Nice hotel, but not good...

Liked: The location in the centre of Barcelona is just perfect. The rooms are fairly clean
Disliked: The service level is way under expectations for such an hotel.The pool service is slow and at some times nobody is there to assist. The room has some basics like water and some snack. They charge you for the water, which is the first time ever I have seen from a hotel.
