Passable
Liked: I have stayed there before and it was in a basic rm for $75 per night . tv reception was very poor. I was not very steady on my feet , very steep stairs. I had to go searching for a bathroom and the shower room was not usable.
Disliked: as you can see quite a lot.no tea and coffee facilities in rm, very cold up stairs, asked for more blankets +2. there is big cracks in the bedroom ceiling rm24, clean out the spider Web above .

Disappointing. We didn’t stay both...
Liked: The caretaker was lovely and explained everything to us.
Disliked: There were no basics in the room … ie no tea and coffee making facilities. Not even a glass to have a drink of water.

Liked: The accommodation was pretty close to the bus station and close to the bus to go to and from the airport. Everything was pretty central to the accommodation
Disliked: It was a bit hard having stairs to get your luggage to your room. Getting the luggage down stairs was a lot easier. Staff were helpful with the luggage.

Liked: Easy check in / check out process. Very dated but clean facilities, OK bed
Disliked: Stayed one night, from Saturday to Sunday. The windows in my room were facing an active construction site across Grote street, and loud machinery/construction noise was disturbing my sleep at night. There was no warning on Booking.com about this issue, no mention from staff at check-in either. It is a large construction site - a multi-storey building, which must have started many weeks ago, and will likely be ongoing for months more, so it's definitely not a problem that appeared overnight. The hotel didn't seem busy at all (I saw just one other person in the corridors during my stay), and it appeared to me that there could be other rooms available, which would be facing the other way. Not much effort or care from owners/staff. Very disappointing.
