I won’t be back

Liked: Location was very good, the rooms were clean. The service was bad, the staff rude and they overcharged me and then blamed me and said I was out of luck because I should have told them right away I was charged to much. I didn’t know until I compared my receipt to my booking confirmation. Once we got settled in our room they called the room and said they rented our room to someone else by mistake and we needed to move. Not sure why they didn’t give the room they moved us to to the other people. We forgot our room key and I went to ask the guy at the front desk for a new one and he rudely and abruptly asked my room number, got me a key and tossed it on to the counter with other even looking at me. We rented two rooms for my family and ended up leaving early due to how we were treated .
