Hotel Metro Autograph Collection

My family found the room modern, clean, large and quiet. The location was easy to find and close to the lake which we enjoyed very much. The staff were warm, friendly, and extremely accommodating. We would stay there every time. Enjoyed it very much - thank you!

Disliked: The furniture was cheap, lots of chipping of the fake wood on the bed, bathroom vanity, night stands and table. The king guest room has a picture of a couch in the room online. Our room only had a chair about a quarter of the size of a couch. Sticky residue inside bathroom drawers. Some kind of spatter marks on the baseboard on the bed. The drywall looks like it’s been repaired by a blind man. I expected better at this price range. I asked the staff to break down the bill at the end of the stay and they could not give a clear explanation. Overall not a bad experience but, I would of choose differently retrospectively.
