Friendly helpful staff, beautiful clean...

Liked: Great design: modern interior in historic building, clean and big rooms.

A real gem in Kortrijk.

Liked: Very welcoming staff, the atmosphere of the hotel is just perfect (congrats to the interior designers), wide selection at breakfast with a cook on site for the "egg-service" :-)
Disliked: Just a minor thing as we arrived late night, there was insufficient parking for all guests but we assume the hotel was fully booked that night.

Great stay to explore Kortrijk,...

Liked: The location is great next to the canals and town center.

Superb

Liked: room was nice good airco when it's warm. Only the pillows were a bit too hard and thick, otherwise very good.
Disliked: pillows were too hard for us. If you like soft pillows, don't forget to ask them upfront at the reception.

Disliked: No bath flip flops for going to the steam cabins, classic room

Exceptional

Beautiful hotel great rooms and...

Liked: The room was very comfortable. The breakfast and the room was as the 5 previous years excellent.
Disliked: We couldn’t charge our electric car on the Porsche charger. But the staff tried several times to fix it. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. There were chargers 600m away. There was a festival in Kortrijk so access was a bit more difficult than normal. We still had private parking.

Beautiful hotel but be wary...

Liked: Breakfast came with the room and it was wonderful. The room was large and the bathroom big including bathrobes and a heated towel rack.
Disliked: The restaurant main courses were a bit high, but the veal at 45 euros was fine. But you had no idea how much drinks were and they were outragous. A small bottle of still water was 10 euors and a glass of wine 11.
