Best option for easy access...

Liked: It was very accessible to the bus station and concert venue I was attending. And it was cheap (for Berlin)
Disliked: Bed was terrible, the ceiling in the lobby looked like it had fallen in and was covered in plastic. The room was not very clean.

Liked: The room was an upgrade on just the single room that I had expected. It seemed to have been recently painted and carpeted and was clean and a good size. The room was serviced every day. The shower was easy to use with plenty of hot water and a fan was provided in the room.
Disliked: Noise insulation of room was not very good but, it was ok for a cheap hotel. The TV was the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel and appeared to have just 10 channels all in just German and they seemed to be covering either cookery or farming!

Acceptable. Everything was "ok". But...

Liked: In general it was "ok". All the premises and the rooms are surprisingly very old and not very well maintained.But there were no real issues -- it only surprised me a bit that everything looked like it will fall appart...

Liked: Location was perfect as we were there for Lollapalooza. It was close to metro, and many shops around the hotel
Disliked: Facilities are old and not that comfortable, but very clean and convenient for a short stay

Disliked: Staff entered my room twice unklocking the door and withouth knocking although I left sign "do not disturb" outside the door.Whole place is yuck and heavily neglected.
