Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was gorgeous. The location of the hotel is suitable even for small kids to walk around the old town and nearby bridges.
Disliked: There is no negative point at all.

Liked: -Location is very good in terms of access to public transport. 3 tram station and 1 metro are very close. - room is clean . along with towels they provide slippers.- they hving chess playing facility- Staff is very good .
Disliked: - breakfast is disappointing. there are very limited options . specially in fruits they have only green apple and oranges. if i compare to similar category hotels in price it is disappointing. for whole group.- From reception to lift . there 5 steps they you can't avoid . with luggage and stroll it can be issue otherwise not bad thing- Floor of rooms is bit wobbly on few places as they are old .- glass shield in bathroom is not good . water goes out from that makes whole area wet.

Liked: The location was near Florenc station. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. They even gave us a parting gift which was really sweet.

Liked: Cozy, tidy, and calm place! Very comfortable location, with a bunch of good restaurants, bakeries, and shops in the neighborhood. Amiable staff, enjoyable breakfasts, lovely atmosphere. The room was furnished modestly, maybe some modernization would be nice, but it was neat and clean and we didn't actually lack anything.

Liked: The hotel is located close to the center, it has its own parking lot.The breakfast is rich.The receptionist Arina welcomed us with a smile on her face, gave us a map of the city and pointed out the tourist attractions.I received 2 bottles of water and a bottle of prosecco.
