Easy, worth the price and...

Liked: Amazing staff - friendly, quick, professional. Arrived late and got quick answers both over email and at the reception.Big room - very good price Very good AC
Disliked: The "balcony" door did not open and the blinds on the windows couldn't be raised. Felt clean and functional overall but big dust bunnies behind the bed and at least one wall outlet was broken. But I only stayed there for a night so none of that was any sort of deal-breaker for me.

Liked: Good lication, 20 minutes walk to center. Goid breakfast price and quality. Room and hotel were clean
Disliked: We spend only 1 night and in the middle of night when my daughter went to toilet the door handle fell off and she had troubles to get out. Toilet lid was a disaster to sit on. When we said it at the reception in the morning it looked like I am sorry but I don’t really care. Which is a pity because the whole experience would be great if things wouldn ´t be falling off. I guess bad luck with room.

Superb

Liked: The staff was extremely kind, very helpful and chatty. The room was very clean and comfortable, the air conditioned was working properly. It is very near the centre of Florence, you can get there on foot. Great price-quality ratio.
Disliked: Nothing to point out.
