Quick Trip

Liked: Nice, Clean Hotel. Really good location. Roughly 5 minute walk from the train station and 15-20 minute walk to the docks & area where there are shops, bars and restaurants.
Disliked: Only issue was that the rooms were very warm at night (we were there at the end of July. There was no AC and the fan in the room only blew hot air.

Disliked: The hotel feels outdated and is in urgent need of renovation or redesign. There were noticeable issues such as stained carpets, a broken mirror in the room, and the absence of air conditioning. Additionally, they experienced a data breach or hacking incident about nine months ago, yet I never received an official statement or a direct apology from the hotel—nor any form of compensation, such as an upgraded room or additional services.

Liked: Easy walk from the train station, and the fan helped with cooling the room down.
Disliked: Very small elevator (old building, so surprised they had one!) and not many amenities.

Liked: Next to the Hauptbahnhof. Room was large and clean, excellent shower. Staff were all lovely. Breakfast was lovely.

Disliked: Room is quite small with bathroom/entrance door quite awkwardly arranged. Kettle provided but no cup- had to ask for them. Lift not working - luck it’s only third floor.
