Liked: Location is good for exploring the city and places to eat as well as being in a quiet side street. Not far to walk from station or one stop on metro. We were welcomed by a lovely lady that spoke excellent English. All staff helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and a good size. A great plus was the free still and sparkling water dispenser to top up our bottles.
Disliked: Breakfast was too expensive so we found coffee and croissants elsewhere.

In the heart of Toulouse...

Liked: Location is great, close to Place Wilson. Lots of restaurants in the area. The staff at reception were super helpful in assisting me to retrieve my luggage which got misplaced by the airline en route to Toulouse.
Disliked: The shower door didn’t seal well so the bathroom floor got a bit wet.

Liked: Exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff.Very good breakfast. Comfortable bed. We had a very quiet room facing the courtyard. The weather was very cold but it was possible to reduce the heating to suit ourselves which is not always possible in hotels.A very short walk from the airport bus stop. Very well situated for historic sites, restaurants and shops.
Disliked: Nothing
