The only redeeming quality was...

Liked: The breakfast was amazing. Huge selection and flexible hours (open till 11am on Sunday).
Disliked: The parking situation was unfortunate. The 19 euro 24 hour pass doesn't allow you to enter and leave the parking lot, so we ended up paying over 40 euros for parking during a 24 hour period. The parking lot under the hotel was also very grungy. Upon arrival there were two individuals injecting drugs by the elevator. When we remarked this fact to the front desk they seemed frankly unphased. The rooms are very small and the hotel is located in a shopping center. It was very expensive despite the glaring issues (drug users in the parking garage, small rooms, shopping center location).

Lovely, but marred by a...

Liked: The room was mainly lovely, comfortable bed, very clean all as expected.
Disliked: The rooms window wouldn't open, we were told this was to prevent people from climbing in, but I reject this as it frankly isn't possible from the pool area below (I say this as a rock climber...), at least 2 stories if I remember rightly, without any form oh hand hold, so unless people are shimmying up bamboo poles like a somali pirate then get a grip. The air con wasn't enabled as of the time of year and the room was uncomfortably hot. We asked to be moved, but were told it was not possible as they were at full capacity, I also question if this was really the case. I would return, but only on the proviso that the aircon was enabled or I could open the window.

Definitely not a 4 star....
