Liked: The location of this place is very good and the facilities especially the pool and the bar are excellent. A good place for enjoying Toulouse and for business.

Disappointing Stay

Liked: Location good for exploring Toulouse. Housekeeping staff great as room was clean tidy and promptly refreshed each morning.
Disliked: Very small pool area. Breakfast was chaotic. People frying their own eggs with hot pans not good. Breakfast staff uninterested and unhelpful.

Hotel barely adequate for our...

Liked: The staff helpful, pointed us in the right direction for restaurants.
Disliked: Very small shower room, toilet positioned with little space to sit! Restaurant only open for breakfast. There was an event on with roads closed where our satnav directed us, spent an hour circling Toulouse to find an alternative route in, no advance warning from the hotel. Lift to shopping precinct out of action, luggage had to be carried up a flight of stairs to reach hotel lobby.

Nice hotel in modernist building...

Liked: Very central. Friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast with a large selection of everything.
Disliked: The room didn't have a desk to work (it had instead a very small and narrow table). So if you want to work on your laptop for a long time you will probably have to go to the lobby or elsewhere.The hotel is located is located in an ugly modernist Soviet-looking building complex that is an eye-sore in the middle of Toulouse's beautiful historic architecture. The hotel is very nicely decorated inside. It is the outside building complex (which is gigantic and houses a shopping centre, housing, and much more) that is awful. Whoever built this complex clearly hated Toulouse.
