Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: The pool is much too small for a hotel with over 700 rooms . I couldn’t get in the pool all afternoon as it was too busy with children. There should be perhaps no children for the last hour that it is open . 8pm to 9pm.I booked this hotel for the pool so I’m not very happy.Rooms dated, especially the bathroom . Cracked tiles and dirty grout. It’s a 2/3 star bathroom at best.Air conditioning not cold enough so was hot all night.

Great location and helpful staff

Liked: The hotel is right in the city center, which makes it very convenient for exploring. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality.One downside was the extra charge for bringing a dog — it seemed a bit too high.Unfortunately, due to the central location, we did come across some people in the area who seemed a bit sketchy. Of course, this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it’s something to be aware of.
Disliked: there is no elevator that reaches street level. Although it’s just a short flight of stairs, carrying luggage up and down can be inconvenient. Using the lift for people with disabilities is an option, but it’s not very practical for everyone.
