Superb

Liked: Stylish reception area as soon as you walk in, and a very friendly and attentive greeting from the Reception staff member. The Suite room we booked for one night was lovely - spacious, clean and a nice calm room to retreat to, after exploring beautiful Toulouse.A special thank you to a member of the Night Staff who was on duty the night of our stay. One of our family had taken ill during a night out, and we needed help to get him back into the hotel. I believe the staff member was called Aymeric? We just wanted to say thank you for your help, discretion and kindness that night - it was very much appreciated.

Liked: The room was a decent size with excellent air conditioning. The choice available for breakfast was very good and well laid out. The room used for breakfast was large and calm with friendly staff.

modern room near the center

Liked: Modern hotel near by the center, hotel parking, reception opened late at night
Disliked: Hotel blocks 200e deposit. What for?! there s absolutely nothing in the room to be stolen. No bathrobes, no coffee machine, dry cleaner is a poor old thing attached to the wall.As i with foreign card it is quit an issue to get money blocked and then unblocked. Banks do take their rate differences and take time to process return.I travel 7 days each night in different city and this is the only place where deposit was requested.
