OK apart from parking dilemma….

Liked: Very central - excellent location.Great breakfast!
Disliked: Difficult to find garage - needed explanation in English to lower the bollard in the street. Also to explain how to get out afterwards….

Great location, really friendly staff...

Liked: The location, right in the centre was wonderful, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast exceptional.
Disliked: Nothing

Passable

Liked: the location of the hotel was excellent and the lobby area was beautiful. I appreciated the ability to get fresh water from the downstairs lobby.
Disliked: the air conditioning was minimal, the room hadn't been updated in a while, and it showed. It wasn't as clean as other places we stayed during our trip

We would consider staying at...

Liked: Great breakfast and good size room.. Easy access to shopping area and restaurants.
Disliked: While the parking was convenient, it would be more helpful if they warned you about encountering the bollard to access hotel.

Unlikely to use Booking.com again

Liked: Nothing. The only salvation was the reception staff who were polite but couldn’t help me.
Disliked: Very difficult to find the car parking and when we got there our car wouldn’t fit through the doors. No where else close by to park and as I am disabled and can’t walk far we couldn’t stay and at 20:00 had to find alternative accommodation. Still waiting to hear if I’m getting my money back but not holding my breath….
