Liked: The big windows and location
Disliked: Everything was dirty fire alarms went off one night for a false alarm that apparently happens regularly shouldn’t of been as expensive as it was and we weren’t told breakfast was included in our room until we were checking out the staff need to be more friendly and clearer

Overall- It was pleasant, clean...

Liked: Good location for us
Disliked: Needed a bit of paint refresh and some new carpet

Cheap location

Liked: Take away food across the roadIt was a close walk to the racecourse for my university graduation ceremony Torrens university best in Australia The entrance garden was lovely beautiful waterfall
Disliked: The hallway carpet is disgusting has a thick layer of dust at the edge I am sure it caused me a sinus infection lucky I had no expectations

Disliked: Our room had water damage, wet carpet and water issues in bathroom. We were promised another room once it was pointed out to staff but on our return from appointment later in the evening we were then told all rooms were booked out. We did receive a discount but still it’s disappointing considering the price and name of Mercure.

Liked: Location. Near two main attractions and Woolworth.
Disliked: The room smells funky, like there was mold growing everywhere. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work. There was a used bandaide in the room. Fridge smelled. Beds were okay and comfy. But the smell in rooms needs serious checking out!
