Absolutely awful

Liked: Very little. The breakfast was ok and when I asked the staff member if she could bring out some more food Asian of it was empty she did so fairly promptly.
Disliked: I wouldn’t let my dog stay here. Mould throughout the room. The toilet kept running and even when we turned the air conditioner off it kept buzzing waking us up throughout the night regularly. The beds were like hard concrete slabs to sleep on. When raised with staff there was very little meaty and care who said they would send maintenance to fix it but never did, despite me requesting three times.

Liked: I found the bed comfortable.
Disliked: I was disappointed with my accommodation. The room appeared to be tied and in need of some maintenance. The towel rail in the bathroom was broken, leaving only one hook on the back of the door for towels. The room was cold and wouldn’t warm up because the air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly. I called the front desk, and they brought a fan heater to my room, saying maintenance would check it the next day, but that didn’t happen.Breakfast was disappointing too, with limited options on the first morning and slightly better choices on the second. I thought the lack of options on the first morning was due to the time I arrived, but I was there at a similar time on the second day.I was at the Mercure for a course, and I noticed that only two of the four toilets near the function room were working. The others had issues with the doors not closing and the toilets not functioning. I was very disappointed with my stay. I spoke to the front desk at check-out, and they offered to refund my breakfast, but I haven’t received that refund yet.
