Terrible

Liked: The breakfast was good. Freshly squeezed orange juice.
Disliked: I was told that the AirCon was “never on in Paris in May” and they outright refused to help Oveana on reception was so rude and basically didn’t care that I had specifically booked them as they had AirCon. Oceana then went on to say that I had not used an official booking method (Booking.com) and that’s why I didn’t understand. I subsequently used their own website to “book” another room in front of her and showed her “AirCon” was included.She finished the conversation by saying I was annoying her and she refused to talk to me again.Similar reviews on Google. Wish I’d read that before booking.Do not stay here.

Very comfortable, we will definitely...

Liked: We loved it all, the stuff was just amazing (Elya and Oceanee and the whole reception stuff), also in restaurant- the nicest people ever!!
Disliked: Truly nothing, we had all we needed!

Except the room size rest...

Liked: Location is good, close by to Bus station and Metro. Had some issues with payment, Emilie the front office manager was very understanding and helpful
Disliked: We booked for 4 people 2 adults and 2 kids they gave a very small corner room with 1 bed and 1 bunker, hardly there was any space even to move around within the room. Otherwise the stay was good

Overpriced and only reason to...

Liked: Location. Reception staff very friendly, helpful and professional
Disliked: Condition of lobby, rooms and breakfast room were shabby and overcrowded Breakfast was poor in quality and hot food tepid.Room incredibly basic, worn and cramped.
