Very good
Liked: The location was good, we could walk to the metro station ok. The room was bright and airy, with windows that could be opened.
Disliked: The elevator was out of order for the entire week, we had to use stairs.

Lipsiți de empatie😞
Disliked: A hotel completely lacking empathy and humanity – a bitter experience, without even reaching the destinationWe had a reservation at this hotel for a long-awaited vacation, but unfortunately, just one week before our departure, we received a medical diagnosis that made it absolutely impossible for us to travel. In these extremely difficult circumstances, we contacted the hotel and explained the situation, even providing medical documents that justified our inability to make the trip.We repeatedly requested to cancel the reservation and receive a refund – either full or partial, with a reasonable penalty. I should mention that Booking.com supported our request and confirmed that the hotel would not have to pay any commission if the refund was granted. We did everything humanly possible, explaining that the funds were urgently needed for expensive medical treatments. However, the hotel REFUSED any form of cooperation. Not only did they show no understanding, but they also completely disregarded any sign of empathy. It became clear that they care nothing about people, only about profit. It is especially frustrating knowing we informed them in advance and they most likely rebooked the room – meaning they essentially got paid twice for the same service.I strongly encourage anyone planning to visit Paris to think twice before booking this hotel. You won’t be treated as a guest, but as a source of income, regardless of your circumstances or suffering.A hotel that ignores the fundamental values of hospitality and humanity does not deserve your money – and certainly not your trust.
