Great location for overnight stay...

Liked: Very central with car park, helpful staff very comfy bed.
Disliked: Furniture layout was clumsy - trying to fit too much furniture & so missing out on bedside table.

Disliked: NO air con! They said it would be switched on the following week. But it was hot during our stay. We couldn’t have the windows open due to the loud Saturday music outside. So we didn’t sleep well due to the heat.Bathroom very small!

Liked: Price of parking, hot water issue immediately fixed.

Overall a very positive stay...

Liked: The location of the hotel is brilliant, right in the middle of the town.
Disliked: The room style is a bit outdated, and there are some minor design flaws, such as the power sockets being hidden by part of the mattress.

Liked: Gem of a find! Really was just expecting a basic 4 star hotel but everything was exceptional! Easy check in, helpful and friendly staff! Great hot chocolate! Fab location
Disliked: The only thing that was strange was there was not sink in the separate toilet!
