A very good hotel in...

Liked: The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choice. The room was comfortable and very quiet. The hotel is located in the centre of Nantes and so close to the main sights of the city. It was close to restaurants and bars. The staff were professional and very helpful.
Disliked: A very minor point, on a couple of mornings there were large tour groups at breakfast, so the restaurant was very busy and some of the breads and fruit were ran out, but the staff replenished them quickly

Comfortable and clean

Liked: Location was central and easy to walk from to any locations. Breakfast was great with a varied selection of both hot and cold food. There was on going manitenance in corridor areas, this was well signed if a little smelly of the paint but bearable.
Disliked: Bar prices were a little heavy

Disliked: Paper cups in the room didn’t stay waterproof overnight. Disappointing for a good hotel in good area. This smacks of cheapness… also restaurant was closed at the weekend.

Liked: Fantastic location, nice room and really nice staff in particular - the customer service was brilliant and they were friendly.
Disliked: Not much. Maybe the actual size of the rooms were quite small

Liked: Room was ok, location is good. hotel is well kept with nice furnishings.
Disliked: Room was quite small, very tight to move around (not much free space). Fridge wasnt connected. No working space at all
