Overall a great stay!

Liked: Very friendly staff. Room was good, great comfortable bed, free wifi.Location of Mercure is great, next to tram stops to Duomo and Mudec. In walking distance of Armani/Silos. Close to underground into the city as well as the new line to Milan Linate Airport.
Disliked: Would have preferred not to stay in a room right across from the elevator. So was hearing guests getting back in the night.

Liked: I liked the location and it felt safe. Breakfast was ok staff friendly
Disliked: The beds felt like laying on the ground they were hard but got extra pillows which helped

Great value for the price

Liked: Excellent location close to the Navigli canal & around 30 minutes walk to some of the main attractions.
Disliked: The bar wasn’t open the whole time we were there. Breakfast wasn’t busy but the staff were constantly on top of you taking plates away making you feel like you had to rush.

Superb

Liked: Close to trams and subways and a lot of restaurants in the area and walking distance to city. The staff was really good and friendly and the rooms was nice.
