Passable

Liked: The stuff are very friendly.
Disliked: Not worth the money. The room was below expectations and poorly maintained. Even the bathroom ceiling had mold, very disappointing.

Overall a great stay!

Liked: Very friendly staff. Room was good, great comfortable bed, free wifi.Location of Mercure is great, next to tram stops to Duomo and Mudec. In walking distance of Armani/Silos. Close to underground into the city as well as the new line to Milan Linate Airport.
Disliked: Would have preferred not to stay in a room right across from the elevator. So was hearing guests getting back in the night.
