Peace of mind, comfort!!
Liked: I enjoy the fact that the hotel has a pool, and also offers free service for luggage storage as we went to enjoy the city! That was fantastic! Thank you all very much! Great staff, very kind and helpful!!Great place to stay!!

Adequate hotel
Liked: Lovely view, close to the railway station, comfortable bed
Disliked: On several occasions we found it difficult to find staff. Check-in didn't give us much information especially about how to access the WiFi. I had booked an extension lead but it didn't work and was able to get another one. The room was very hot even with the thermostat as low as possible. As I had booked through Booking-com I couldn't use my ACCOR card. The pool was closed for maintenance! Buffet breakfast was adequate but I have experience more from this chain of hotels.

Exceptional
Liked: Easy to find, good underground parking, helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast, but a little overpriced at 15€ however we liked the lack of little plastic butter and preserve packs. It makes more sense to have dispensers, well done, out of 9 hotels this trip you were the first to adopt this idea.
Disliked: Very little, only the breakfast price which was the dearest out of the 9 hotels on this trip.There were some bad reviews, so we were a little worried but those bad reviews were a joke!

A pleasant hotel with very...
Liked: I stayed at the hotel for four nights. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The room was big enough, and the bed was very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout the entire time. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is not too far from the airport, which made the transfer for an early flight relatively easy.
Disliked: It would be nice to have hand wash, shampoo, and conditioner available in small containers in the bathroom, but that's more of a nice-to-have than a must-have.
