Disliked: Very poor facilities. No sink in downstairs bathroom. Unclean. Small lift, could hardly fit a pram. Generally poor.

Disliked: Our room had water coming from the ceiling above our stairs we had to put towels down on the stairs and the carpet outside the bathroom was soaking the room smelt of damp
