Liked: Breakfast was good. Hotel did not open for meals in the evening ! Restaurants in Biarritz close on Monday and Tuesday so we had difficulty finding a place to eat !staff were extremely helpful

Liked: The hotel is located on the main shopping street and easy access to public transport.
Disliked: There was no AC in the room, which could be problematic if weather was very warm. Also a lot of noise and general disturbance coming from bar next door and street into the late hours. Breakfast, was ok but, not 4 star standard. In the rooms there was no cups or glass, only small paper cups. Though it was a bit strange in the bed room the toilet was not in the same area as the wash basin and shower. On leaving early in the morning going to the airport we were directed in the wrong direction for bus stop. Luckily we had time to find correct bus stop. Over all felt this was not 4 ⭐ standard and quite expensive. No bar facilitates as advertised.

Comfortable, clean and centric

Liked: - Room spacious and quite new / clean (TV had chromecast)- Location optimal, for me one the best located hotels in Biarritz- walking distance from every spot- We went for breakfast in the square right in front of the hotel (pricey but France is not cheap - 12€ bread + croissant + cafe + small juice). Nespresso machine in the room and they added capsules everyday - silent hotel- Staff was nice & helpful
Disliked: No owned parking & it is quite complicated to stop in front of the hotel to leave the bags (only two spaces which are almost always occupied). There's an Indigo parking quite below the hotel (paid apart)

Cut short our stay, probably...

Liked: A very good overnight stop if you are travelling, Accommodation excellent with well presented breakfast.
Disliked: Unfortunately, no restaurant, no bar, and no comfy lounge. But! next door parking.

Disliked: The bad smell of the room !!!!!! They should check the ventilation and find out where the bad odor comes from!!!!
