Very poor, don’t stay there...

Liked: Nothing, very poor, room was small, poor air conditioning when the outside temp. Was 38 deg.
Disliked: The quality of the room , poor air-con, restaurant and bar were closed, the car park was a joke, if you were able to park in the bays you were unable to open the doors.We were booked for 2 days, we didn’t stay, we moved to another hotel.

Not 4 star hotel

Disliked: I’m not sure how this hotel got a 4* rating.Didn’t feel clean, aircon broke (looking at reviews since at least 2023), no door look out hole, cheaply painted and wall papered rooms felt like a hostel. Walking into reception looked nice but as soon as you used the stairs to get to room it looked like a block of flats.Requires refurb.

Good location, friendly staff and...

Liked: The location was good - 20 minutes walk from the Train Station and 10 minutes from the town centre. The hotel is very close to a tram stop which made longer journeys easy. The Staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.
