Liked: Cozy, comfortable room, recently refurbished - good bed. Helpful, friendly staff on reception. Good breakfast. Had dinner in the restaurant one evening - it's not for everyday dining, but for a special evening it was outstanding. Perfect cooking, careful. attentive, unobtrusive service, serious wine list.
Disliked: Car park is a bit cramped, but no more so than many city centre hotels with parking underneath the building. We were lucky to get a space when arriving at 18.30.

Ok but could improve for...

Liked: The design room was more expensive but better.
Disliked: There was no coffee machine for a room that was more than 140€ a night. No snacks in the fridge. Also as I arrived late midday for work, there was no option to eat anything on a Sunday. No coffee milk in the room. The ironing board I requested was too small to iron work clothes. The gyms equipment were a bit average.
