Liked: Location of the hotel is great. The room size was OK.
Disliked: No amenities in the room, and for a 4* hotel I expected.

Hotel ideally located

Liked: Excellent location and substantial help with parking fees.
Disliked: Suggested shower mat or bar -- they said they would follow up.

The hotel was a curates...

Liked: Location was good. Close both train and bus station. Near a couple of very good restaurants. Easy walking distance to the main attractions of the town. Staff were were very pleasant.
Disliked: The frig did not work for the first day. The kettle had to be replaced. It took some time for us to get a key to the room. Towels were small and thin.

Excellent we will return.

Liked: Great location, very comfortable room and a beautiful place Annecy is so wonderful we loved it! Very reasonable parking arranged in partnership with the hotel and parking de la poste.
Disliked: Complementary coffee as well as water would be nice
