Liked: Location and breakfast
Disliked: Obsolete rooms. They are not so clean , carpet is dirty and there are some stains near the sink. The looby is beutiful as the pictures but is not the same case for the room. The amenities are so simple for the price of the hotel. Many other hotels with simular price in big cities offers better amenities. A staff person was rude and arrogant and made me feel very unconfortable.

Liked: The location is perfect and I tried the breakfast one day and it was very good.
Disliked: I did not think the room was super super clean. Not just because of that, but there were something strange on the floor of my room and I had to ask twice to someone check what it was. The amenities are super basic. I expected a little bit more because of the price of the hotel. They offer shampoo and shower gel and that’s all. There is moisturizer, no cottons pads, nothing.I made two reservation for the same type of bedroom. The first one for two days and the second one for one day. When i check in they told me I should change the room. Then a double checked my reservation and next day I asked if I could stay in the same room and one guy asked my room number and confirmed that I could stay in the same. Next day they call in my room 11:30 am saying that I should check out: veryyyyyy confusion!

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and staff were friendly.
Disliked: We were in a room outside the main building, it was nice but not as nice as the rest of the hotel.

Liked: All the staff was nice and very helpful,location is very good
Disliked: One of the ladies on reception was very rude and even screamed at me which was taken as absolutely normal thing by managers to me this is unacceptable,also rooms are a bit “lived” in and it feels a lot on pictures they look better
