Very happy with the staff....

Liked: All of the staff we met in the hotel was wonderful.
Disliked: Zero communication with management. claim to be a luxury hotel with 11 rooms. If something happens and you need to get in touch with the manager there is no one on property for three days. They won’t even contact you with a simple phone call, text message or email. The management left me a very bad taste. Because of that I did not give the hotel a 10. And that’s unfortunate because the staff was wonderful. Management set very bad example. Because of what happened, We will not return to this property or any other property.

Elegance and Personalization

Liked: The hotel's close proximity to most of our destinations made it so convenient. We walked to most. Breakfast was exceptional and the room was our favorite among four different 5 star hotels on our extended vacation throughout pain.
