Beautiful property. For seeing wurzburg...

Liked: Nice, modern, clean hotel
Disliked: Staff unfriendly. No iron in the room. When we requested one, we were told there would 5e charge.Some Staff at breakfast were extremely unfriendly and rude, didn't get a welcoming feeling from them. To be fair others (younger) were nice but it's a case of a few bad bad apples spoiling the barrel for our experience.

Liked: Really great hotel, easy to find and lots of parking, lobby perfectly set up, fast clean elevators Rooms perfect, clean, window opens wide, great views, quiet, good restaurant, good value and room service available. Food delicious. Staff courteous and speak English. Beds amazing.. great water pressure and hot!I’d rate it a 10 all around and now changing return trip so we stay here. Conference facilities..
Disliked: Would add a bell person or carts to transfer luggage.

Disliked: I visited here few times but last one was really disappointing.Wi-Fi in room wasn’t stable, still cost too much for parkingAnd specially the one male staff was very rudeSo I will not come back to this hotel anymore

Liked: New modern building, sauna, free coffee at the reception
Disliked: soundproofing could be better(we heard our neighbours)

Good stop over to rebuild...

Liked: Location is good. Good quality of sleep. Functional facilities. Beauty farm very well maintained and clean. Reception and dinner restaurant staff were top notch. An exemplar can do attitude to service. Good coffee and freshly fried eggs at breakfast worth mentioning.
Disliked: Breakfast was billed separately. 24 Euros/pax is pricey and the breakfast not worthy such high end price.
