Great stay

Liked: Delicious breakfast with plenty of options, the staff was nice and helpful, and the hotel is comfortable and clean. The location is perfect (we have been to Prague many times and can attest). We were also amazed with how quiet the room was, with it being so central.Overall we had a great stay and will come back again! Thank you.
Disliked: Coming in the summer, the main difficulty was managing the heat, but not many places have been built for the current temperatures and the fan provided in the room did help a lot.

Liked: Very nice hotel and room in the centre of Prague. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The smell from the steakhouse below can be a bit overwhelming at times.

Liked: Location!! Also clean.
Disliked: The hotel is quite dated and unfortunately lacks air conditioning. We had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs as there’s no elevator, which was difficult. The bathrooms are very small. During our stay it was 28’C, and there was only one standing fan in the room, which had twin beds placed in opposite corners about ten feet apart – so neither bed really benefited from the fan. There was also no electric kettle provided.

A relatively inexpensive hotel in...

Liked: The people on reception are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are simple but clean, there's plenty of hot water for a shower at any time of day and night, and in all the times I've stayed here there's never been an issue with the free wireless internet. Breakfast is surprisingly good for the price as well.
Disliked: You'll need to clamber up a couple of flights of stairs to reach reception, and you may have to climb some more to get to your room. If you have mobility issues, make sure this is the right place for you. Perhaps the hotel itself could do a better job at mentioning this?
